I am at almost 3 weeks of circumcision. My doc has me putting Polysporin 3-4 times a day. My question is, how long do I keep applying polysporin? 4 weeks? Until all stitches have fallen?

If there is no infection on wound site I wouldn't use any antibiotic ointment. You may spread petroleum jelly instead of antibiotics to keep wound moisturized and have a protective layer on it.
BTW, have you read instructions and purpose to use it on box of 'Polysporin'?
I agree with S2BC once your wound has healed (covered over with new skin) an antibiotic ointment is not needed.
