Any idea what this is ? Happened a few weeks ago after hard masturbation. Was small like a ball point pen's nib and bleeded but after a couple of days it stopped bleeding but grew in size and since then it's like this only.

Did you feel a painful snap ? Or getting pain while getting erect again . If so it may be a tear with a blister development , and there is definite Inflammation. You definitely need a doctor to look at it . If it's a tear and isn't taken care of , could get infected and could heal badly . In my opinion it does seem like there has been trauma although I cant definitely tell if its involving the frenulum or is situated on it but whatever the case you need a doc mate .

It bleeded for a couple of days and then stopped. My foreskin can now retract much further downstairs. There is no infection since it's been a while and I don't see an symptom. However it's something I would like to get removed

Seems like maybe you have a problem with your frenulum and a small part of it probably gave way during your hard session . I would still meet a doc as soon as I could because as I said even healing wrong without infections will lead to anatomical and physiological defects in the long run .

I think you had quite thin frenulum. It just teared off when you masturbated. There might be a bit swelling on the site. Can you pull down you foreskin a bit further now? Just wash you glans after peeing or wipe the urine off with a toilet paper. Sure you can ask a doctor medicine if there will be infection.

It's been a while since that happened and there is no infection. However I am not liking it and would prefer it to be removed.
