Interesting paper from 2016. I wonder if further research has been undertaken and whether other causes of PE than frenulum breve have been looked at.
Interesting study. They make no mention of the multiple orgasms that one can have with an intact foreskin and if this was compromised after the lengthening of the frenulum delaying ejaculation. If they lost their ability to have multiple ejaculations, I definitely would not be happy.
Sounds like a worthless study to me. PE involves several factors. Orgasm is controlled by the central nervous system.
