Should I remove those dried blood drops on the Insicion area or will it automatically goo. I think If i pluck those bleeding will start.... ?

DO NOT try to pull off the scabs as you can open up the wound again.

Daily soaking (5 minutes 3 or 4 times a day) in cooled, boiled water with salt can disolve excess blood and promote healing.

I am using Amorphous hydrogel wound dressing with colloidal silver this ointment... And I will clean 1 in a day is it fine

Yeah i got same thing at the moment, but I've got a line of blood dried out on the glans itself, will this just fall off itself after a few days? I had phimosis so my glans is still building like a hard layer

Don’t do it! They will fall out automatically , if you remove them it might leave a scar, let it heal.
