Swelling pattern/look around stitches after circumcision?

I have pearly bumps that swell up by the stitch threads, half of them came off by now at 2 weeks.

Curious to post & ask as I saw some other posts here, but those ones I've seen are where the whole circumference/ring is a swollen blob like the size of a ring to wear on a finger. I've not seen any like mine where it's little pearls around the circumference.

Just visited the doctor for the post surgery checkup and everything is fine to him, so that's good news.
