Adult Circumcision

I am 44..decided to get circumcised..my procedure is tomm. I want to continue my work immediately post procedure. Is that safe? Also can I exercise frm day 3 wth 10kg dumbells n pushup exercises,?

I don't want to be pessimistic, but you sound quite optimistic concerning your healing time. We all heal individually and there are different work profiles too. I hope you find the way to work right after operation. Hopefully your work is like think tank style. Work safely.

Make sure the bandaging is tight. No exercise where you have to increase abdominal pressure or hold your breath for 2 weeks.

You must not do any exercises. I suggest take rest. Let it heal by resting. Rest is best medicine trust me. The more rest, the more fast healing. And by resting you will have no irritation

It went very well. I also underwent frenuloplasty along wth zsr circumcision...the bandage came off after 48 hrs...today is my 5th day post procedure...I am applying ointment..the sutures for frenuloplasty is there..metal n silicon ring still there...any idea how long it will take fr sutures n ring to go??

I’m really glad it went well. I don’t know anything about zsr but someone else here could probably answer your query. When I had my revision 20 odd years ago most of the stitches fell out by two weeks and I went back to the surgeon and he took out the rest.
