Okay i had my circumcision yesterday.I woke up in between my sleep with an erection which didnt seem to go.I tried to walk it off but in the end i had a small bleeding and that spot was seen on my bandage.It stopped bleeding right then.Should i be worried and please tell me how i can sleep without worrying about an erection the next morning :/

Enjoy the erection. If it bleeds much need a stitch, otherwise if it stops on its own no worry

but it hurts so much

how long does it take to stop the erections from hurting this much :/

if it hurts try using painkillers at night ,

my doctor prescribed a course of antibiotics and painkillers for a week..it helps.

Some bleeding in the early stages of recovery is to be expected. If you are worried consult your doctor or contact your surgeon.

Try to empty your bladder as much as possible before you go to bed. Try to sleep on your side in the fetal position. If/when you wake up with an erection, immediately get out of bed and bend over - then urinate if you have any need to. These steps usually minimize (but won't eliminate) erections during healing.
