Definitely natural....uncut! That is a beautiful penis that is natural! I find a natural uncut penis more attractive than cut...for sure! I like both but prefer uncut.

Dont get cut. If you're having some issue with pulling the skin back further then some stretching might help.

He dosen't have issues retracting just want it for aesthetic purpose and wants other opinions on it with out having to be face to face.

Thanks for your opinion.

Personally I love being circumcised. If he wants it done then he should go for it. He’ll be happy with it and will wish he’d been circumcised earlier.

I was circumcised at the age 20 and shared my experience with him of it which seemed to have peaked his interest alot more and i do like being circumcised but i got a high and tight cut which now i wish was high and abit loose.

I wanted for the glands to be exposed at all times but also have a little movement of skin so ive started using the bathmate pump which have stretched my tight circumcision about probaly 4 cm giving me the comfort i want.

He wants to have it done but also very nervous about if it dosen't come out the way he wants.

Unless he get a cosmetic surgeon (expensive), it is unlikely he will get it done exactly with the results he desires. They usually do it how they have been trained.

Guys, please remember that this is a forum for health support.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Anecdotally, women like circumcised however they rarely seem to care that much as we do.

There are benefits of being circumcised. That's what the science says. But not crazy significant for recommending every male be.

In his case, if he wants to, it's up to him.

in reply toClay237

Agreed i also told him simular to this

Anecdotally women do prefer and women don’t prefer. You are quite right that, other than dealing with an existing problem, circumcision confers little medical benefit for most men. As men on this forum will attest, adult cosmetic penile surgery Is not without it’s possible risks and worries.

The decision is yours. For me, I would get it cut. Either way enjoy 😊

Your friend will need to decide himself whether surgery and the possible risks of surgery are a path down which he wishes to travel. It is not for anyone on this forum to tel him what to do.
