Fluid-like lump on penis. Help PLEASE.

Hello. Could someone PLEASE help me out here. I have had this 'fluid lump' come up and go in the last month or two. And it wont go away? Would you anyone know what this is... Seems like a lump with fluid which 'grows' then goes down at times etc.

- Its not sore and doesn't hurt with sex or masturbation. Can be a little tender at times when i think about it.

- also slight discolouration on the head (white ish) but has been like that for a while, doctor wasn't sure. She said it looked healthy a while ago. But this lump has showed up.

Its hard to get into doctor as im in a country on lockdown atm! Please help me as its quite worrying?

Hi, it looks like a water blister I think you should see your GP when you can they are working but it's just harder to see them if you persevere with them they should see you. also the discoloration to your glans and foreskin would be a little concerning you probably need to see a dermatologist. So it's best to have everything checked with your GP to start with they may refer you then to the dermatologist.

I am in same situation . It’s been 7 months for me . How long for you ? My swelling reduced a lot but still I see some fluid and when erected it’s back in shape

I am not talking about the blister but the swelling near to the cut line
