Burning while peeing or ejaculation but no stds.

Hey there guys, I have had this issue for quite some time. I have burning sensation when I ejaculate or pee, the intensity varies. Two small bumps formed around my penis opening but the dermatologist said it could be caused by irritation and wanted to burn them off. I also saw in other forums that it could be the way the opening is shaped and urine and semen get caught in the opening and irritate it. But I have been tested for every std under the sun and taken multiple antibiotics that in turn destroyed my stomach. I don’t know what to do so I am here. Please help me. I have some photos to look at. Thank you for you time.

Hi sounds like a Infection easy cured course of Antibiotics from your GP, hope you can see your GP whether they may just give you a Script without being seen ? keep us HU updated it can be uncomfortable but soon fixed, take care

When I have gone to a gp they always do urine tests and say there is no sign of infection. When I went to a sex clinic they did a swab and said there was a sign of infection. When I brought that to the attention of my doctor they discredited the sex clinic because they are volunteers. I guess i will try again, thanks

Might be a urethral stricture due to scarring caused by earlier UTIs that have cleared up?

You said that you had seen a dermatologist. Did you have the minor surgery suggested? It may be appropriate for you now to see an urologist.

Try a urologist they know more about the male area then others they study more in that area more then other I could be wrong but it’s best to start there idk if a GP Doctor is the same . But I went to a urologist and he fixed 1 of my male problem my prostate was swollen I was peeing blood no std. but good luck hope you find what’s wrong.
