If there is no pain, yellow discharge on the wound area. I think you are on the right track. You can ask further questions on your GP, if he/she is available during the COVID-19 crisis.

Hey, it looks fine for 20 day's and your healing well you probably have a little swelling still. your scar will soften and smooth out in time try massaging it with a little oil this will help, I'd say it's a High Cut.
