Pain and swelling around the meatus

Doctor said: Urinary tract infection UNS, wrote synthomycine eye 5%.

Used for 6 days, twice a day, nothing changes.

It's painful and annoying, especially after sex. How can I fix this?

I'll try to understand your sex drive is quite high, cause you can't even wait your UTI to heal first. Why don't you use an alternative method to please your partner now.

I can definitely wait with sex but it doesn't help because I get erections regardless...

My main concern is that I'm not sure it's UTI at all. Becasue I'm using the ointment for 7 days now and I don't see any improvement whatsoever.

Does it look like UTI at all?

Could it be that the situation will never be fixed?

Maybe some swab and urine test can clarify the situation better than guessing here.
