Ok. There is no need for "salt bath" after the wound is healed. So, if there is no discharge or moist red area you can wash it "normally". Normal skin and scar don't need strong detergent. I have used soap free 'Sebamed' for years. Healing scar benefits to moisturizing it.

I agree. Keeping the scarline consistently moisturized for the next 4-8 weeks can benefit the overall cosmetic outcome.

Or any other that keeps the wound moisturized for a long time. No antibiotic ointment anymore. I use silicone scar sheet on mine.
