today is 23th day of post op, this is erected photo of my dick, the foreskin cant move upside down when its erect, and sex is very uncomfortable because of tigthnest and i cant masturbate as well because i fell tigtnes like before the incision, and im so depressed about it and regret i didnt get full circumcision.. what dou you guys think?

C'mon. Did your surgeon suggest 4-6 weeks celibate? The wound is not healed yet. You have to wait couple more weeks. You also need a learning curve to use a new tool. Right now rubbing the glans with some lube or base of the shaft skin is fine.

Yeah you have some swelling there and sex should be avoided for 4-6weeks or even 8 weeks, give the fella a rest it’s been through a traumatic experience 3 weeks is too early .
