Hi it does look tight and sore if it was me I would go see doc don't be worried they see it every day we all have the same it's better to be safe than sorry good luck ad keep me posted all the best

Hi, it looks as though you have some inflammation there and your foreskin is a little pale in colour you should contact your doctor and get it checked.

Mine used to get like that quite often. Looks fungal but a doctor would be best placed to advise.

It looks like balanitis to me. I'd see a doctor if it were me.
