Still lacking 50% of erect penis

Penis still not there 5 weeks 5 days post circumcision. Before 17-18 cm erect, now 8-10 cm. Balls are getting tugged up during erection, check other posts i've done!!!

Also more discomfort and soreness/pain around scrotum area.

Try using bio-oil or coconut oil. Grab ur penis from the base close to your balls and stroke it forward to the head. Its a stretching technique. Do that 20-30 mins a day. Doesn't work overnight but it should help get some of your length back.

You definitely have a trapped penis. The base of your penis is absent. This website gives great info regarding pictures of trapped penises and how it can be fixed:

Also using foreskin restoration techniques can be helpful. Try masterbating with one hand and stroke outward until you cum. It may take a while, but this could help. I think this happened because they completely detached your frenulum? Also are you of average weight? This can be a factor as well.

If you had 18 cm that has now gone. It is too tight. You may get a bit of length back, but too much skinn has been taken. I had similar and lost an inch or so. A year on I have got back a bit. I would see your surgeon but it is too tight
