I had zsr circumcision on Sunday 24.11.2019. now it is swollen and brown liquid is oozing out. And gauge is stuck on penis because of it and I can't remove it. Pls advice

It’s hard to see what I’m looking at.
Ask your doctor if you are allowed to get it wet at this point. Soaking in a bathtub will help remove the gauze wrapping.
Why all of the powder? You’re more likely to heal properly with bio oil or some kind of ointment to reduce scabbing etc
