Almost 3 months after circumcision, where are this bumps gonna go away already???

This is getting really frustrating, do you think i can just cut them off with a razor and wait for wounds fo heal? It seems like that would be faster then to just wait for them to have mercy on me and f*ck off already..

Did you feel like a small balls (nodules, knots) inside? I feel 4 of them where the stitches were, I am not sure what they are.
