I was circumcised for a severe case of phimosis, under the operation, the sturgeon told me that my frenulum was short.
As you can see in the photo it almost looks like I have a second head.
I was circumcised (probably low and loose) 4 days ago, I have been keeping it clean, washing it, and changing bandages every day. I am using bacimycin ointment.
Should I be worried, Is this amount of swelling normal?

Hi, it is very swollen try using the wet Ice Cube keep him very clean wash with salted water no soaps or shower gel anything like that, try and keep him in an upright position. if you think things are not improving go back to your GP and have it checked.
Did the sturgeon also advise you to keep it pointing upwards as much as possible to allow it to drain? Mine did, I followed his suggestion and had zero swelling.
He did advise that, and I have been doing it. At least I have while I'm awake.

That doesn't look good to me - I'd follow up with your GP or Urologist.
