I am 24 years old. I can't normally pee or poop since I last masturbate.

Leg muscle feels weird and balls too.

Happens before for an hour but this time it has been 3 days.

Need help.

Think you went too far with the masturbation and given what you said even if you dont so it so often since a month that takes a toll on your body anyways , try to do it only once a week or i suggest nothing for 2 weeks let the body recover ! Masturbation when its often consumes the bodys energy alot . If you squeeze the cock does it hurt the urethra for ex , im talking about pain .
