Has any one suffered with anglodysplaxia post menopause

I had a clear colonoscopy last yr but abnormal blood vessels this yr I've got alot of bleeding going for now going yo see consultant thurs

I’ve had bleeding myself..but it was linked to internal haemorrhoids.
