coil advice

hi there

I have hormonal migraines, which are worsening as I go through peri menopause. I am hoping that the mirena coil could help by possibly reducing or stopping my periods (when my headaches are at their worst) One attempt to insert the coil at my GP surgery was traumatic and unsuccessful. I hoped that I could maybe pay to go to a private clinic and have access to gas and air in addition to the standard numbing gel. But having contacted a number of private consultants , gas and air doesn’t seem to be offered - just local anaesthetic or general anaesthetic. My question is - does anyone know of a clinic or consultant that offers gas and air for women who had had painful previous attempts? I’m in Essex but could travel to London. Any advice very gratefully received. X

Natural progesterone cream which u can buy online or natural progesterone from your GP should help with your migraine

Mirena coil is not natural bio identical progesterone mirena coil is a progestin which is something completely different
