Hi .. having migraines for over 20 years , in 2018 New Year’s Eve I got an awful headache , freezing body and boiling hot head , this happened every month for the next few years, I would be in bed vomiting for12-15 hours, I eventually got HRT as doctors hadn’t seen these symptoms before , anyone else had this ? The last few months the symptoms are slightly less debilitating but I’ve started flushing every day the last week , how will I know perimenopause and actual menopause I’m confused 😕 I have had no period for over two years now ..

Actually it’s probably about 4 years without a period and I suffered migraine for over 30 years ! They’ve eased off but are replaced by the burning forehead ones which are worse !! 🤔 gotta be hormonal related

Hi I have a friend who gets migraine headaches, age said hers are caused by her hormones. Being a woman is such a pain isn't it. I hope you feel better soon sending you a big hug too x 🤗

Ps I get cold flashes and hot flashes a lot too, but not yet in the natural menopause but a chemically induced one x

After a year without a period..it’s generally accepted that Menopause has been reached. But…after Chemically Induced Menopause…you need information from your GP.
