Is feeling hot in face 24/7 a menopause symptom/ low estrogen symptom? Will it go away with HRT(estrogen patch)?

Does anyone feel hot in your face all the time? Not only am I having hot flashes but I am feeling hot in my face ALL f the time with no end. I went to my gynecologist and she said that it is because I have no estrogen due to lack of periods for 20 years of anorexia. She is suggesting the HRT estrogen patch because she feels like that will get my estrogen levels up and that the estrogen will take all the hot flashes away. But what I wanted to know is not only will it take the hot flashes away but will it also take away that that symptom of feeling hot in my face all the time?
