starting HRT

hi all

Wanted some advice about hrt side effects

I started HRT patches last week so only in my third patch, having intermittent side effects of headaches, nausea, Brady pain and dizziness.

min my self I feel better but these side effects are getting me down.

My question is how long do I wait to see if the side effects subside, some people say a week some people say keep at it for a few weeks just not sure what to do.

Hopefully they will settle down quite soon the advice is try and stick with it for at least 3 months for it to settle down. That’s what they advise for every change like going up in dose or changing delivery eg patch to gel etc.
