So, I get my pap, pelvic exam, & ultrasound. Clear. Blood work is clear. But, my uterus is almost double the size, which explains the pressure down there. So, I am getting a vaginal ultrasound to check the thickness of the uterus, check for fibroid, and any other thing that could be an issue. The double period was scary. The bigger blood clots on my cycle could be a response to the APS also. But, I am definitely in the premenopause phase. I am almost scared to find out.

Thank you. It has been horrific. I am taking it one day at a time. I am glad to have this group. It had given me clarity and so much support.

I had bulky uterus for a while now. My pelvic ultrasound diagnosed adenomyosis. Doc advised me to go on progesterone only shots. I refused since I don't have heavy bleeding, cramps or any other symptoms except for irregular periods. So no dosing myself with hormones. I'm 47 and transitioning to menopause. No periods for over 2 months now. If I suffer much with irregular periods, I might consider getting hysterectomy done.
