HRT patches

Anyone else experienced a sliw start of feeling normal on HRT patches.Nearly eight weeks in and i feel crap.

Any advice appreciated.

who prescribed you the hrt patches? If it was your gp go back to them and let them know because you should be feeling some relief by now so it sounds like the dose is wrong. What strength patches are you on? 25/10/75/100?? Are you just on oestrogen or combined patches? Are you taking anything else? I had a total hysterectomy last year at 35 and was put on 3x Lenzetto spray and it wasn’t strong enough so I also take a combined pill with mine and I felt the benefits of the right hormones within a day or two so don’t let this drag on I know how horrible it is. What symptoms are you suffering with? You can request to see a menopause specialist but the nhs wait times are forever I paid to speak to someone privately that also did video calls they were amazing it cost £250 but they sorted out my hrt within one phone call and had my hrt delivered the next day!! Hi it can take up to 3 months so if after 3 months you may need a higher dose.
