Ouch pain and soreness

Hi my post is for anyone who like me had a tear after given birth to my big years ago. From time to time this scar tissue becomes very sore and seems to have gotten worse as l get older and with MPN medicatuons. I feel quite shy discussing this with GP as l was told that at my age a young 60ish that perhaps it was time to not worry about this issue in particular as it relates to my sexual health...
