Change of HRT due to shortages

Hi, I've recently had to change from using 2 pumps of oestrogel gel to 1 spray of lenzetto because the pharmacy couldn't source any oestrogel. Is this the right amount as am not sleeping so well and am getting very hot at night? Should I increase the number of sprays?

Thanks

I see you posted this 10 days ago. Has anything improved? How many sprays are "equal" to the gel? If if the same dose, you may absorb them differently. If your doctor is okay with it, you might add another spray and give it a few weeks to see if it helps.

I believe there's an info sheet on the Balance app that gives you equivalent dosages for different types of hrt treatments.
