We are conducting an online survey, with the health and social care charity Picker, which we hope will help to improve the aftercare and support provided to people who have been diagnosed with meningitis and have spent time in hospital.

To be eligible to take part you must:

• Live in the UK

• Be aged 16 years or over

• Have been treated in hospital within the last five years for either bacterial or viral meningitis

Hello Claire, I would be happy to assist with your survey, I was admitted to hospital exactly six years ago, although the 'investigations' following this continued for several years after. Perhaps this time scale may not fit your criteria. Please let me know. Sincerely, Simon Hare.
