My mum is at risk of meningitis and I’m afraid that if she doesn’t recover I will have to look after her and my severely autistic brother by myself. On Saturdays I have to go to my part time job and am still in school. Does ANYONE have ANY reassurance??

Why is your mum 'at risk' of getting meningitis?? As it is only a possibility at the moment I think you need to take each day at a time and not stress and worry about what has not happened yet and equally may not. May I ask what country you are living in and how old are you because those factors will make a difference to what help would be available to you, your mum and brother.
