Can anyone help me, I've got a grant. For £100 , I'm getting aids soon, hearing is very bad, and I'm wanting cochlear implant ( gotta wait 3 months with aids first been told? ) anyway I need to no what's the best tv listener devices ther r? I've read infra red r good, as I'm new to all this I don't want to make a mistake, if I have to ask panel for bit more money I will, pls anyone help
