I had a 3.5cm left side CPA meningioma removed in October 2024. I'd been getting trigeminal neuralgia for a couple of years before that and an MRI showed I had a brain tumour in May 2024.The tumour was across my TN nerve and my brain stem. Surgery was the only thing offered and I jumped at it. I was far more scared of the TN than I was of the tumour.

However, that's my experience. Get as much info about the treatments on offer, and their respective side effects. Talk with your loved ones, too, but ultimately it's your body, your life, your decision. Good luck!
