Have you been tested for the change of life has it could be more hormonal but I would to your GP and speak to him about it
Meningiomas don't always cause any symptoms, my wife has a large meningioma which is causing weakness problem in her right leg & arm and confusion to her thinking, so is due to have it removed before Christmas, your medical symptoms could be due to another medical condition entirely such as menopause? My wife also had that in her early 50s giving similar symptoms you speak of...her menopause has now subsided, but is now facing a battle with the tumour.. she will win again!😉
