Hi desssa I’m so sorry you feel so horrendous at the moment but so good you have reached out - I know you may not feel up to it but try to reach out to someone in personyou could try Andy’s man club andysmanclub.co.uk/club-inf... if you don’t feel able to do that just yet there is a text service called shout (give us a shout)

text 85258

Or

Samaritans have an email service:

Jo@samaritans.org

Im sure you’re not a failure you are just in a bad place at the moment take care of yourself and be kind to yourself. I hope you get some support and start feeling better soon

I am so very sorry to hear how sad and lonely you feel. Honestly there is help out there and lots of people who care. It is so courageous of you to reach out.

I really hope you can also speak with your GP as depression and anxiety, like other illnesses needs to be treated and supported. Lots of GPS now work with therapists and people who can help with loneliness.

There is also an online organisation called Kooth for younger people (up to 25 years old I believe): kooth.com

Please talk to your GP or Kooth.

Dear Desssa, you did the right thing in reaching out. It is a brave and courageous thing to do, You are not a failure. Although you are struggling at the moment I just want to reassure you there is hope. I have suffered from depression and anxiety and recovered, as have other people. so although you feel very low now it is possible to get better. Lots of people feel the way that you do.

Talking to other people who understand what you are going through can really help.

The Samaritans are people who are trained to help and they have a helpline you can call at anytime. They will listen and give you support. They won’t judge you or tell you what to do but will listen and help you with how you feel.

It is free to call them from any phone any time.

Their number is 116 123

Even if you feel that you can’t say anything just having someone be there for you can really help.

Hi Desssa, Have you just felt like this during Covid or have you felt like this previously? Please make an appointment with your GP and tell them how your feeling if you haven't already. Your not alone as Covid in particular has caused many to feel like you do, including myself. I can honestly say I have never experienced feeling lonely or suffered with anxiety till Covid hit.Your GP is there to help and they will be able to give you contacts appropriate for you. You may even need a course of medication to help your recovery, so please do that. Don’t know much about your background but most things have opened up now. Do you have any family or friends who would support you. Please talk to your GP, and keep in touch on how your getting on.

Desssa, It is so horrible to feel like that but it is often easier when you can talk to someone you trust. As others have said here, please speak to your doctor and if that is hard, ask the surgery for some numbers you can call when you can't speak to them, like crisis teams and helplines. Without giving too much information, can you say what town or city you live in? There may be helping groups for under 25s or social groups you might try.

As far as stress goes, I prefer to deal with it in other ways, like blacktiecbd.net/products/ta... . It seems to me that this is a more effective way when you need to get relaxation right now and feel a quick effect. I think this is a more convenient option for me than taking various cbd supplements on a regular basis.
