Hey does anyone else feel like whenever you try to speak with people you feel like you are invisible and not wanted around :(😔whenever I try to communicate with my family they make me feel like I can't be involved

hi there. You sound a bit lonely and in need of someone to talk to. Are there any mencap groups near you ? Or other groups you might join?

Hi there thank you for your reply yeah I am honestly I feel confused sad and don't know the answer why I feel this way. I notice face expressions off my family that they don't. And make me feel like I am crazy when I'm not. And i would totally would love to join a group near me

I found a lovely group called Bringing Us Together headed up by Katie. They are so lovely and understanding. They are on Facebook and have a website too. Try them. they do zoom calls and webinars for large groups from time to time and run some excellent courses. Reach out to them and some local groups. Which part of the country as you in ?
