Hi I received a letter from the government in mid February in Aberdeen saying I'm on the shielding list due to my Mossaicism. It had really upset me because seeing it in black and white was a real shock. So now I'm anxious when I'm going to get the covid vaccination.

I can understand why this was a bit of a shock for you. But the letter is just trying to keep you save and well.

Please don't worry about the letter. It may help you get offered the vaccination very soon.

I know lots of people get nervous about getting the vaccine, but it really is ok. There are some other posts on here where people have posted about how easy they found it. Do have a look.
