multi vitamins

Hi,

I am looking for a multi vitamin for my daughter, she can swallow small tablets but not the larger oval shaped ones and also not the chewable ones!

Is there a small multi vitamin out there? !!

I personally buy Superdrug's Multivitamin tablets - they are tiny and include the 3 x vitamins I think it can be hard to get in winter/from certain diets (Folic Acid, B12 and Vitamin D): superdrug.com/Health/Vitami...

There's a 1* review on there but that's from someone who has been unable to find out if they are vegan.

Another good thing is that the price is right! 60 tablets is only £1.99, and they are currently on a buy 2 get 1 free offer.

Probably worth noting though that I am not a medical professional! And it may also be worth checking with your GP is there's a specific concern?

Hi, you can get soluble multi vitamins from some of the supermarkets and Amazon do a good range too. May make life a little easier for you both. Best wishes.
