Hi, I work with someone with learning disabilities who requires the laser surgery on his eyes, there is a concern that he will struggle to keep still long enough to have the treatment, does anyone have any experience of this? Are there any other options? I have been trying to research but I am hitting a bit of a wall?

Hi

My son has learning disability and though his not had this treatment In the past he has had to have a GA just to have an eye test as he wouldn’t let the hospital near him .

Can you explain your worries to his consultant I’m sure they would do their best to support him .
