Just asking out of curiosity, because I've spoken to some US friends who say they've had some success with HGH supplements.
As you may well know, it isn't available OTC in the UK.
I've looked into HGH stimulating supplements, of which GABA seems to be the main one. Anybody tried this?
I'm at a loose end here and feel as if my muscles (primarily, internally) are wasting away. If I do too much, I suffer for days. If I don't do enough, it's like they're wasting. I can not seem to find a middle ground at all.
