Many people are unaware that many foods contain histamines which can cause a variety of the classic M.E symptoms. When i read the list it was every one of my most favourite foods!! Coincidence?? I'm always on the look out for answers after 30 years of miserable health. Anyway today I am starting to eliminate these foods from my diet. Who knows? Just wondered if anyone else has tried this.
