Everyday is a struggle. But we make it. We just have to keep trucking and plugging along we are not alone even if we feel we don't matter. That's how I feel. I know I make a difference by my joyful additude! We can keep going and just do the best we can! Have been in mental hospital twice in my lifetime!! Saved my life. I just keep going even though i want to give up be gone and not somedays..I never feel I'm good enough!

It's good to try and focus and try to get through the days and nights as best possible........I think that anxiety/panic and depression are cyclical!
