I’ve struggled with depression since 22 yo off and on , exercise and therapy help I need to find an antidepressant I believe to help as well, how have you coped and how long have you struggled with it ?

Are you in talk therapy? Have you tried and other forms of therapy?

I couldn't have done any work without having meds. I hope this is the answer for you
