all I end up doing is argue with my parents… they don’t fully understand how exhausted I am. I can’t keep up with work and everything they want from me, and have a social life .

Family can be unsuportive if they don't understand or want to understand what you're going thru. That was my experience when I began having problems. These days balancing work and having social life very difficult.Do you have counselor to speak to? Someone in your corner to support you?
