HelloIn deep depression. Found out my landlord now want rent paid online. Cant do it dont trust them. My worst pathological fear is being homeless and with each passing month in my case its seems more likely tthis will happen to me.
I wake up each morning and have a talk with God begging him to deliver me from my pain. The mental health system has been of no help and has even made things worse (A program worker assaulted me), if I had the guts I do the job myself.
How does he want it to be paid online? Which website? And why don't you trust them?
Pay thru online pay account like zelle. Landlord no help when had problem with another tenant refuses to make repairs. May have been responsible for threats made to my safety.
Maybe you can take screenshots or pictures when you're paying to keep as records in case anyone accuses you of not paying. And also when the landlord told you to pay online, was it through email or messaging? If it was, then you can save those also.
They put up signs and gave handouts with rent bills. Had trouble with tech, still trying to figure how to print pics . Im in supported housing , which is a joke, theres nothing supported about it. Instead of helping program wanted me out.
If you have something that says the payment has to be online, then I think you should just pay it through Zelle. With Zelle, there will be a record of it in your bank account. I don't think you'll need to worry about it.
