Its been a year my life turned upside down. I dont havea trigger , tried plenty of medication ( is that the reason for me having these thoughts) . I feel sorry for my wife and kids (young) .I am not able to explain them how I feel . Just constatn crying which is not helping.
Please let me there is hope. I need to be there for my wife and kids.
