12.5k 8miles I was feeling really nervous before this run I've done a few 10ks and 11.2 but for me this felt like a massive step for some reason but it went really well and I could of carried on I'm not sure about my times but for me it's getting the miles into my legs next week it goes upto 15k but I'm so glad I went with the half marathon programme on the app. It's amazing what you learn the more you run and the different pacers you can run.

That plan has helped me a lot, particularly picking up pace on long runs. The NRC marathon plan goes a step further in adding in links to the Nike Training Club, another free app. The NTC has really good strength and yoga exercises for runners, complete with coaching and video. Makes life easier for lazy people like me 😉
