Jerez media maratón

So I've just done my first half since the pm 2 years ago. And I had to do it with sherry and tapas in Spain! Rather slower than usual but then the skis were also slightly longer. It's very much a trail run but through lovely vineyards in the south of Spain. Energy held up well as well as the knees. Quads are still in recovery!

Oh well done! Running through vineyards has got to be special and more so, with tapas 🥰

I hope the quads recover soon. Was it very hot?

Would you like a virtual HM badge against your name?
