Well I’ve had tired legs this week from completely overdoing it in week 1, although they seem to be recovering somewhat 🤣 Slightly lower mileage this week at 21.21 miles, which included 3 very short runs. GTFC has had me doing some strides which have been fun so maybe they’ll help me in February when I’ll work a bit more on pace. Completing 50 miles in 2 weeks has got me wondering whether I could make it 100 for the month 🤔 I’ve just realised that this morning was my 1500th run of all time!
I’m going to join the gym tomorrow and do some dreadmill runs whilst the weather becomes more reminiscent of Antarctica 🥶
Beachcomber66 when, do you know, do the Sunderland tickets go on general sale? 🤣 About time GTFC went to see a decent team #utb ⚽️🤍❤️
Hope Week7 and the other REDers are going on ok 💪🏽

I have had a look. Only for supporters with priority points at present. That wasn’t clear on the page I saw, sorry. With it being Sunderland they are likely to sell out very quickly.
Well done Tasha. Ain’t no weather bad enough for the dreadmill! 21 miles for the week is very respectable. Next HM is in May, right? You’ll be smashing it.
That's a brilliant total Tasha99 ! I'm still doing Red but only been walks this past week as have a sore back, thinking to try a short run tonight.
I did 2 lots of 100 miles in a month years back to earn virtual medals and found it really hard! Admiration to you if you get there but don't overdo it! 😊xxx
Another high mileage week- really impressive. That 100 sounds very tempting-good luck!
I'm still plodding on. Unfortunately since Wednesday , although most grazes and bruises are healing really quickly my ribs are still very sore so I am sticking with the 2km daily runs at the moment just so I can complete RED January . Things feel better every day so hopefully a few more days and I can get back to some decent runs!!!
