Hia fun beyond people! I’m dropping just a quick note to anyone interested in joining us on our virtual mat for YWA’s January FLOW.

I know some of you have been practicing yoga probably as long as YWA’s Adriene has been dropping these 30-day journeys. This year it’s her 10th January Journey, so bound to be special.
